Bacaan takbir raya itu dipimpin Imam Masjid Taman Rakan Sungai Long, Mohd Zamzuri Abu Othman dengan disertai ahli jawatankuasa, jemaah masjid dan penduduk setempat. Terdahulu Anwar yang lengkap berbaju Melayu, tiba di masjid berkenaan pada jam 7.19 malam disambut ahli jawatankuasa masjid dan jemaah.
