SHAH ALAM: The #RasuahBusters movement submitted several demands to ensure the country’s process of recovery, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic, is based on the principles of integrity and transparency.
The chief executive officer of the anti-graft group Nurhayati Nordin said that besides those two principles, enforcement of the law through political stability as a cornerstone should also be instilled.
Nurhayati said the demand was for the enactment of the Anti-Party Hopping Act, which is the beginning of the transformation needed in upholding parliamentary democracy and an effort to save the country from political, health and security crises while making the people’s mandate a priority.
