BELGRADE - Protesters briefly broke into Serbia’s state television building in the capital Belgrade on Saturday demanding media freedom and unbiased coverage of more than three months of anti-government demonstrations.

State television news has given scant coverage to similar protests that have taken place every Saturday since early December. Several thousand protesters remained in front of the building as activists chanted “Vucic thief” in the corridors of the building.“Everyone who is in the Radio Television Serbia building this evening will be held responsible,” Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic told a press conference shortly before the police took action.
