. “If you’re sitting in front of a green screen, it’s pointless acting it.” Hopkins may feel this way about a few of the other blockbusters he’s been a part of in recent years, such as Red 2 and Transformers: The Last Knight. However, his Oscar-winning roles in The Silence of the Lambs and, more recently, The Father, are more than able to compensate for his less memorable performances.
