Sydney will swelter through another day of the heatwave on Tuesday.
The extreme heat has sparked several bushfires in the state's west as Weatherzone said NSW is seeing its worst bushfire conditions since Black Summer.Firefighters in the states west are battling an out-of-control blaze at Tambaroora, about 50km north of Bathurst, which is at a watch-and-act level.
The Bureau of Meteorology said Tuesday will be the peak of the heat with some welcome reprieve sweeping through from Thursday onwards.
