Police say the body of a 42-year-old homeless man was found on a Tribeca street on Sunday night. As KevRincon reports, it's unclear if the incident is related to the shooting of two homeless people on Saturday.
, a third person was found dead on Sunday evening in lower Manhattan.
And as the investigation gets underway, Rincon heard from advocates who said it's time the city and state do more to get people into housing. Advocates showed up at the scene Sunday for a prayer vigil and called on the city and state to do more. Some lawmakers were part of the group. They said the solution has to go beyond shelters and requires permanent housing.
