Another 13 to be charged over Penang wakaf land fracas
MORE residents of the Abdul Cauder wakaf land will be charged at the Butterworth Sessions Court with injuring a civil servant and hindering him from discharging his duties.
Seberang Prai Utara district police chief Noorzainy Mohd Noor said 13 people, comprising six men and seven women, aged between 19 and 59, will be charged under Sections 186 and 332 of the Penal Code.
