Animal group furious over shooting of stray dogs in Kampar by local authorities

IPOH, Nov 4 — An animal rights group enraged over alleged shooting incidents of stray dogs by local authorities in Kampar.

The group also said that the recent shooting incidents were not new as it claims that there were occasions of stray dog killing in the district. The group also said that they have no information whether the council has changed its policy on not to kill innocent strays.
