His journey in e-commerce began with DHL eCommerce, where he started in customer service before rapidly progressing into multiple sales roles. His skills in key account management eventually earned him the position of sales team manager for DHL eCommerce Malaysia, solidifying his reputation as a trusted authority in the field.
The firm said, with Malaysia's e-commerce experiencing significant growth, reaching US$62.6 billion in the first quarter of 2023, Kamalanathan's role becomes even more crucial for sustainable success in online retail.
