She added: “It is a four-month programme that comprises intensive training, learning and project phases. It is open to both indigenes and residents of Anambra, who possess a certain level of proficiency in using computers. It is a continuous cohort-based programme with options of on-site or online participation.
“We are delighted to formally jumpstart the Code Anambra programme in line with the governor’s agenda of raising the Anambra Digital Tribe, who possess advanced digital skills that are competitive at home and abroad. Our programmes at Solution Innovation District are designed to achieve the governor’s grand vision of making Anambra the digital and creative capital of Nigeria.
The Anambra State Government has entered into a partnership with a private ICT Firm - Decent Job Tech Skills, to facilitate the implementation of "Code Anambra" programme that was designed to empower Anambra people on core and advanced technological skills. Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, at the weekend said his administration would soon award the contract for the reconstruction of the Ikenne township road.
