Recently, Nokia hosted 'Amplify Malaysia' as a technology event showcase accelerating Malaysia's digital transformation and economic growth. The company's refreshed strategy is setting Nokia as a B2B technology innovation leader, to spearhead the development of cutting-edge network solutions and advancements.
At Amplify Malaysia, Nokia presented a series of demonstrations and the latest innovations, products, and technology across its portfolio of enterprise, mobile networks, cloud and network services, and network infrastructure technologies. Specially curated from Nokia's participation at the MWC 2023 this year, these demos showcased how Nokia can shape Malaysia's future in various industries and drive socio-economic growth throughout its 5G and digital transformation journey.
Amplify Malaysia was opened with welcome remarks from Daniel Jaeger, Head of South East Asia, Nokia, followed by the keynote address from YB Teo Nie Ching, Deputy Minister of Communications and Digital, Malaysia. Thereafter, Datuk Mohd Rauf Nasir, Managing Director of Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Maldives, Nokia, unveiled the company's refresh brand strategy.
The event then proceeded to the presentation by Preetha Nadarajah, Chief Technology Officer, Nokia Malaysia, who highlighted Nokia's technology vision for the next decade and an introduction to Nokia's approach to sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance strategy.
