New statistics show that Americans got richer and more multicultural between 2016 and 2020.

While only 3.32 percent of people identified as belonging to two or more races between 2011 and 2015, the percentage grew to 5.17 between 2016 and 2020.

The Hispanic and Latino population grew from 17.13 percent in 2011-2015 to 18.2 percent in 2016-2020. Overall, according to the 2020 census, the multiracial population across the U.S. grew from a total of 9 million in 2010 to 33.8 million in 2020—a 276 percent increase.
