The company is also teaming with the BFI's National Archive to preserve its U.K. shows, including 'Good Omens' and 'Clarkson's Farm.'
As part of its ongoing investment, the company has also announced support for more than 100 new apprenticeships in organizations across the creative industries and a doubling of its creative industries apprenticeship levy funding to £2 million .
As part of the unveiling of its investment spend, Amazon has also teamed up with the British Film Institute’s National Archive in a deal that will see its films and series shot in the U.K. — including the likes of“Since the 1950s, one of our Royal Charter objectives has been to preserve television alongside film,” said BFI CEO Ben Roberts.
