Lily James stars in a BBC miniseries based on Nancy Mitford's novel 'The Pursuit of Love'
Amazon has signed on to co-produce a BBC miniseries from Emily Mortimer based on Nancy Mitford's novelMortimer writes and directs the three-hour project, which has begun production in the U.K. Amazon Studios is co-producing for the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand along with Open Book and Moonage Pictures. The show will air on BBC One in the U.K.is a romantic dramedy that follows the adventures and misadventures of Linda Radlett and her best friend and cousin, Fanny Logan .
The miniseries is one of the first TV shows in Britain to resume production amid the coronavirus pandemic. It will be filmed in accordance with government and industry guidelines to ensure the safety of cast and crew. Charles Collier, Matthew Read and Frith Tiplady executive produce for Open Book and Moonage Pictures.
