The survey to mark Safer Internet Day also found more than half of parents don't feel confident about teaching their kids how to stay safe online.Philip Arneill, Head of Education and Innovation at CyberSafeKids, says parents need to talk to their children about they're looking at or doing online. "It's about supervision. It's about intervention. It's about discussion with your Children and your young people to find out what they're doing.
"And by doing that, you can not only understand better the appeal of what they're doing and the kind of things that they're accessing, but also that kind of conversation and dialogue is established between children, young people and their guardians."
