is one of the best electric crossovers on the market and we’re starting to learn more about the all-wheel drive variant as deliveries will begin in China on December 26While the company previously estimated the model would have 500 hp and 450 lb-ft of torque, the Chinese variant is slated to develop up to 503 hp and 524 lb-ft of torque. This will enable the Lyriq to run from 0-62 mph in 4.6 seconds, which is roughly 1.8 seconds faster than the rear-wheel drive variant.

In exchange for being faster and more powerful, the all-wheel drive Lyriq gives up some range as it can only travel 608 km in the China Light-Duty Vehicle test cycle. That compares to 653 km for the rear-wheel drive variant, which also uses a 95.7 kWh battery pack.
