Samsung may be taking a page out of Apple’s book with its upcoming smartphone flagship, the Samsung Galaxy S24 series. Just like the Apple iPhone 15 Pro series, all of the Galaxy S24 devices will allegedly feature titanium bodies.
This is according to reliable tipster Revegnus on X, who recently claimed that the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24 Ultra will all have titanium frames. For reference, the current Galaxy S23 lineup uses a proprietary metal blend that the South Korean tech giant calls “Armor Aluminium”. However, another famous tipster, Ice Universe replied to Revegnus’ claims and said that only the Galaxy S24 Ultra will feature a titanium body. Revegnus then assured that all of the variants will get titanium frames as Samsung is allegedly planning to produce titanium frames for standard models on its domestic production line in Vietnam and will receive supplies of titanium frames for the Plus and Ultra models from two partner companies.
