Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Baldur's Gate 3 is packed full of awesome armor to fully gear up the entire adventuring party. The most coveted of these are the legendary armor pieces, which provide extra boosts, befitting their legendary status to those who wear them. Armor is crucial in Baldur's Gate 3 to ensure the party will survive long enough to save the world, so knowing which ones to keep an eye out for is a must.
4 Gloves Of Soul Catching Found in the House of Hope, the Gloves of Soul Catching are the best armor for monks in Baldur's Gate 3. The Gloves of Soul Catching allow the wearer to deal an extra 1-10 force damage with unarmed strikes. Additionally, the gloves also allow the wearer to regain 10 hit points once per turn when hitting with an unarmed strike. Or the wearer can instead choose to gain advantage on attack rolls and saving throws until the end of their next turn.
3 Viconia's Walking Fortress Viconia's Walking Fortress is the best shield in Baldur's Gate 3 and can be found after defeating Viconia in Act Three. During Shadowheart's personal quest, the party will confront the Sharran Mother Superior Viconia DeVir, a returning character from previous Baldur's Gate games, in the House of Grief. Once defeated, Viconia will drop this legendary shield, which is an awesome armor piece for tanks.
2 Helm Of Balduran The Helm of Balduran is an insanely powerful helmet found in the Wyrmway in Act Three of Baldur's Gate 3. The location is well hidden and easily missed but can be found via the Wyrm's Rock Prison through a secret door. When entering the main prison area, the party should turn left and then look for two dragon wall decorations. Hitting these decorations with lightning will open up the passage to the Wyrmway, which is full of traps, puzzles, and lore.
