However, The Conners season 5’s Roseanne cameos from long-forgotten characters like Bobo did feature the same broad, goofy humor that made Roseanne season 9 so hard to watch.
3 Roseanne Season 9 Broke Up Roseanne and Dan Obviously, The Conners season 6 can’t repeat Roseanne season 9’s mistake of breaking up Roseanne and Dan. However, it would be easy for the family sitcom to inject some drama into proceedings by imperiling the marriage of Dan and Louise. Already, Dan and Louise spent a long time apart in The Conners season 5 due to Louise’s touring. The pair also weathered a few major fights in The Conners season 4 over Dan’s lack of boundaries with his children.
