124 out of 141 submissions from Malaysia, 2 of top 3 winners from MalaysiaAlibaba Cloud announced the top 3 winners in Malaysia for its 2022Alibaba Cloud Global Startup Contest at Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation .
Seventeen out of the top 20 finalists came from Malaysia with the other three from Cambodia. Malaysian startup Parkit won 1place, followed by Cambodia’s CheckinMe as first runner-up and another Malaysian startup, IWG eSport Sdn Bhd as the third place winner. According to Alibaba Cloud, the competition underwent a stringent two months and three rounds of judging process, and witnessed outstanding contestants from various industries - retail, logistics, agriculture, internet, F&B, all bringing promising business concepts with investment ready proposals.
