reported on Saturday that Santa Fe officials acquired that search warrant three weeks ago, and Baldwin has yet to turn over his phone.Emphasizing that these types of things take time, and especially because it involves two different municipalities that have to work together (both Santa Fe, New Mexico where the incident occurred, and where Baldwin lives.
He went on to explain that as part of their search warrant, officials"have to specify what exactly they want. They can’t just go through your phone and take your photos, or your love letters to your wife, or what have you."
