The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is providing some details on a Thursday afternoon, officer-involved shooting that left a man in critical condition.
Montgomery police confirm an officer-involved shooting sent a man to the hospital in serious condition. MONTGOMERY , Ala. -
ALEA said special agents with the State Bureau of Investigation, or SBI, launched an investigation within minutes of the incident and determined the man brandished a firearm as members of the MPD SWAT executed an arrest warrant. The man was then struck by gunfire from the MPD officers.
