Loretta Kay Carr taken into custody on June 25 on capital murder and kidnapping charges in connection with the death of Mary Elizabeth Isbell.

The 37-year-old was last seen driving a dark-colored Jeep. She was reported missing in Jan. 2022.

Authorities now saw that Carr “intentionally” caused Isbell’s death by “pushing her off a cliff,” according to AL.com.She has requested a preliminary hearing citing the lack of evidence for the capital murder charge,Share this article:
