A man is in jail and his 14-year-old daughter was hospitalized following an incident Monday night, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
Christopher Andrighetti, 39, is being held without bond in the Franklin County Jail on charges of first degree domestic violence, child abuse and second degree domestic violence, according to jail records.that Andrighetti was arrested Monday at Town and Country Trailer Park outside Russellville after his daughter ran to a neighbor’s house for help while injured.
At the scene, they saw broken beer bottles outside, smashed articles, a broken Nintendo Switch as well as blood. Inside, they discovered a shattered TV, crushed laptops, and articles in disarray.
