Dr Ahmad Hafizam Hasmi berkata pelaku yang menarik Muhammad Adib turut berdepan bahaya kerana berada pada zon bahaya iaitu kawasan di bahagian kiri van EMRS.
Ahmad Hafizam, yang juga saksi ke-24, berkata pelaku dan Adib turut terdedah dengan kecederaan yang besar sehingga boleh mengakibatkan kematian sekiranya situasi tersebut berlaku.
“… dan pegawai penyiasat polis bagi kes itu juga memaklumkan pada masa kejadian tidak ada individu lain yang tercedera,” katanya ketika memberi keterangan pada prosiding inkues kematian Adib pada hari ke-33, hari ini. Ahmad Hafizam dalam rumusannya berkata, teori Shahrom tidak berpadanan dengan corak dan kecederaan dialami mangsa yang diperiksanya secara klinikal ketika bedah siasat bersama Ketua Jabatan Forensik HKL, Ahmad Shah Mahmood.
