Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan AirAsia Aviation Group Limited, Bo Lingam berkata, langkah itu sebagai sokongan bagi mengurangkan kesulitan rancangan perjalanan mereka yang terganggu.
“Untuk menebus tawaran ini, penumpang yang terjejas boleh mengemukakan tempahan penerbangan MYAirline mereka yang disahkan di Kaunter Jualan AirAsia di KL Sentral di Kuala Lumpur dan Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur di Sepang.
