THE Attorney-General’s Chambers will appeal the Kuala Lumpur High Court’s decision to acquit Perikatan Nasional chairman Muhyiddin Yassin of four charges of abuse of power, deputy public prosecutor Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin said. He said the appeal would be filed this evening and they would seek a stay of proceedings on the three other money laundering charges pending the appeal.
