AGC says working on gazettement of laws governing phase three of MCO

KUALA LUMPUR, April 14 — The Attorney-General’s Chambers has gazetted the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Regulations 2020 for the second phase of the movement control order from April 1 to April 14. The AGC was responding to the statement made by lawyer, Datuk N.Sivananthan in the article, “New gazette needed to enforce phase 3 of MCO, says Bar”, published by a portal today.
