Screen Rant is overjoyed to present an exclusive behind-the-scenes clip celebrating the home release of After Yang, which is available to own on Digital, Blu-ray, and DVD June 21 through Lionsgate. An adaptation of Alexander Weinstein's short story, Saying Goodbye to Yang, the sci-fi film is acclaimed director Kogonada's follow-up to his impressive Columbus debut.
After Yang takes place in an alternate future and follows married couple Jake and Kyra , who try to repair both their malfunctioning android Yang and their relationship with daughter Mika after years of relative neglect. The stellar supporting cast is comprised of Haley Lu Richardson, Clifton Collins Jr., Sarita Choudhury, and Ritchie Coster.
The Blu-ray and DVD versions of After Yang contain a special feature - which includes the above clip - titled “The End Is a Beginning:After Yang.” The PG-rated sci-fi drama will contain Spanish as well as English SDH subtitles, with a runtime of 96 minutes.
