Richmond coach Damien Hardwick was adamant earlier in the week that despite the Tigers being off to a disappointing start to the season, having only notched one win, they can turn it around.“Narratives are part of the AFL landscape. We understand that,” said Hardwick on Thursday morning.
He said that understanding where the club is at and where they can get better makes coming to work exciting even in tough times. “So, we think it will hold us in good stead, but we’ve just got to make sure we start to tick over a few wins along the way.” “We’re fully confident that once we get our game up and going, we’re hoping it’s this week [against the Eagles], that we’ll gain some momentum from that and play a hell of a lot better in the foreseeable future.”
