St Kilda and West Coast players mixed it up on the boundary during the AFLW practice match between St Kilda and West Coast this evening.Last time these clubs met they hadwith Swans forward Tom Papley taking a shot at Brad Scott’s “Essendon edge” post game.
The clash included Peter Wright’s late hit on Harry Cunningham and Sam Draper’s halftime run in with Jake Lloyd.Papley is out tonight and Wright was named in the emergencies, so neither could have much involvement in the match.“They obviously came out and Brad Scott said they wanted to have that ‘Essendon edge’.“We knew they were going to come out … obviously Peter Wright took it a bit too far, but that’s footy and we move on from it.
We have Essendon taking on Sydney tonight with first bounce set for 7.40pm AEST. We will be here for the game and plenty of post match reaction.
