AFL locks in Grand Final entertainment with iconic rock band

See you for that One Day in September!”The band is America’s top Gold Record Award winning group of all time and have been touring for over 40 years.
Following the AFL grand final, KISS will perform a farewell show at Sydney’s Accor Stadium un October, with the band to host their final-ever performance at Madison Square Garden in New York on December 2 this year.Popular Aussie-Kiwi rock band Crowded House were in line for the event before pulling out, with former Collingwood president Eddie McGuire reporting the decision centred on a dispute about the stage placement.

KISS confirmed for AFL pre-game performance at 2023 grand finalThe AFL has announced Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Famers 'KISS' as the pre-game entertainment for the 2023 Grand Final. The announcement comes after Crowded House pulled out of the performance last month. KISS are currently touring as part of their farewell 'end of the world' tour. The band said, 'we cannot wait to create Rock 'n' Roll history playing at the iconic MCG in Melbourne for one last time'.
