GEORGE TOWN: Former PKR deputy youth chief Dr Afif Bahardin, known to be a close ally of Datuk Seri Azmin Ali, has left his fate in the hands of the party's disciplinary board.

For now, the Seberang Jaya assemblyman said he would continue to fulfil his responsibility as an assemblyman and a state exco member in charge of health, agriculture and agro-based industry and rural development."I have replied last Wednesday and had also spoken to party president on my stand during a meeting at the party headquarters last Sunday ."I cannot make any decision on my position in PKR now.

On Sunday, a video of him being heckled and called a traitor by disgruntled PKR members went viral after a meeting with Anwar.
