KUALA LUMPUR: The director of an advertising agency pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here today to 12 charges of using false documents related to a RM90 million Tourism Malaysia bribery scandal.
Seven of the offences were allegedly committed between June and September 2019 and five in June this year. Ibrahim, who is from Sabah, was also told to report to the MACC headquarters here every month until the end of his trial.
