Parishioners of the Church of St Thomas, Kuantan attending the Journeying into the Heart of Christmas session by Vincent Nathan from Kuala Lumpur.The Faith Formation Ministry of the Church of St Thomas, under the leadership of Anna Thong and parish priest Fr George Packiasamy, organised several spiritual formation programmes for the various language groups during this season of Advent.
The objective was to assist parishioners to focus on their spiritual preparation for Christmas in the midst of the hustle and bustle of their daily lives., was presented by Fr Clement Lim from the Church of the Sacred Heart, Bentong, on Sunday, December 4. It was attended by more than 50 people.” on Saturday, Dec 17. This session was presented by Vincent Nathan from Kuala Lumpur and attended by 24 parishioners.
It is noteworthy that in spite of the gloomy weather, satisfactory attendance for various spiritual and training sessions which will help parish leaders in their ministries to carry out their responsibilities with more confidence.
