ADUN Batu Lintang See Chee How yang meninggalkan Parti Sarawak Bersatu untuk menjadi wakil rakyat Bebas, bersedia menghadapi sebarang tindakan undang-undang susulan tindakannya keluar dari parti itu. Walaupun berharap untuk terus menjalin hubungan baik dengan bekas pemimpin dan parti itu, beliau tidak menolak kemungkinan PSB membawa perkara berkenaan ke mahkamah sambil menambah, pasukan peguamnya akan bersedia menghadapi kemungkinan tersebut.
