Four subsidiaries of Aboitiz Power Corp. have been granted ISO 55001:2014 certifications for Asset Management.
According to AboitizPower, “the certification verifies the effectiveness of the DUs’ respective processes and operations in implementing, maintaining, and improving the performance of their assets—including power lines, transformers, and substations—thus helping strengthen the uninterrupted provision of electricity.”
The four DUs also have certifications in ISO 9001:2015 or the Quality Management System , ISO 45001:2018 or the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 14001:2015 or the Environmental Management System. The DUs, it added, underwent a rigorous audit conducted by DQS Certification Philippines, an external certifying body, thoroughly examining their respective processes and operations, both internal and external.
