A pair of siblings were suffering at Clarke Springs Rental with no air conditioning until ABC13 stepped in and spoke to management.Imagine you have health issues that require you to be on oxygen and you go without air conditioning for more than a week. That was reality for one renter in southwest Houston until ABC13 stepped in.

"It just be so hot, and I'm on this oxygen. At night, its hard to breathe," Allen explained."He's not supposed to be in this heat like this, and I explained that to them. I don't have a whole lot of health issues, but not him. He can't live here like that," White said. After we visited with management in person, a new unit was installed the next day. Finally, some relief for the siblings.
