The incident happened on 5 June at 5.33 pm at Lata Iskandar, Km22 when both of them were travelling from Cameron Highlands to Tapah. He claimed that she was driving recklessly, almost causing him to get into an accident.As reported by NST, Magistrate Siti Hanum Mohmad Sah passed the sentence on Zaim after he pleaded guilty to charges of voluntarily causing hurt and criminal intimidation.
Meanwhile, for the second charge, he voluntarily caused hurt to Amierah under Section 323 of the Penal Code, which provides imprisonment for up to two years or a fine of up to RM2,000 or both.
