Abai kebersihan: 120 peniaga Johor dikompaun

JOHOR BAHRU: Pada masa ini, Bazar Ramadan memang antara lokasi tumpuan orang ramai untuk membeli pelbagai juadah berbuka puasa.

Ini kerana sejak 1 Ramadan lalu, Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Johor telah mengeluarkan kompaun kepada 120 peniaga bazar Ramadan di negeri ini atas pelbagai kesalahan, khususnya melibatkan aspek kebersihan. “Hingga 1 April, sebanyak 2,446 premis bazar Ramadan telah diperiksa JKNJ atau Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah dengan sebanyak 120 notis kompaun sudah dikeluarkan kepada peniaga. JKNJ akan memberi teguran terlebih dahulu terhadap peniaga yang didapati melanggar peraturan penyediaan makanan, sekiranya kesalahan sama masih berulang, baru kita kenakan kompaun.

Tian Soon berkata, operasi itu bertujuan memastikan proses penyediaan makanan di semua bazar Ramadan mematuhi peraturan Akta Makanan 1983, iaitu disediakan dengan bersih dan selamat untuk dijual dan dimakan.
