"Hannah has worked so very hard to wear this cap and gown," Stephanie told POPSUGAR."She has overcome everything from severe heart defects that were supposed to end her life by the time she was 3 years old. She's improved her fine and gross motor skills, speaking abilities, incredible shyness, and social skills."Of course, Stephanie has always been proud of her daughter, but seeing Hannah Grace dressed up was an especially emotional moment.
As you can tell by the photos below, Hannah Grace was absolutely thrilled to have her photos taken in her cap and gown, as she should be!is an incredible milestone."In a couple of these images she was jumping up and down shouting 'I DID IT!' And yes she sure did!" said Stephanie."She is an overcomer, she is loved, and I will celebrate every single milestone she overcomes because it IS a big deal in our world.
