In the aftermath of the tragic shooting in North Hollywood, residents and others express their grief and outrage.
On Friday morning, Arroyo cleaned up broken glass outside the front doors before he headed to the second-floor dressing rooms inside.
Later, Arroyo, who wore a pair of white gloves and a black surgical mask, wheeled out a gray trash can filled with 25 items he needed to dispose of, including the dress. There were picture frames, vases and cups.“I can’t imagine that happening to one of my daughters,” he said. “It hurt me so much being there. I could imagine having that same pain because I’m a father.”
The unidentified woman was later taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries, police said. Her condition was not immediately known.
