ATTORNEY-General Tommy Thomas should explain why murder charges against Indonesian Siti Aisyah was dropped as it was high-profile case, said newly-elected Malaysian Bar president Abdul Fareed Abdul Gafoor. He said while Article 145 of the federal constitution gives the A-G the power to decide whether or not to charge a person, this case is different.
