After Miyoko Schinner launched what’s now called Miyoko’s Creamery, a Petaluma, Calif.-based vegan cheese and butter business, in 2014, she moved to a 17-acre farm in Marin County and quickly realized she no longer needed her $200 monthly CrossFit membership.
