Goldar created his own MMPR Zord.
Frequent adversary to the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, Goldar, found a way to combat his adversaries by crafting his own Zord. Although Goldar is best known for playing the right-hand henchman to both Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd, he appeared in Boom! Studios Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: Pink miniseries as the main antagonist, where with the help of Verto, Goldar manageed to conquer St. Moineau, France by turning the village's residents into fish people.

Studios mainstay Ed Dukeshire – Goldar captures members of the classic 1990s Power Rangers team, Kimberly, Zach, and Trini, and with them captive, unveils his own "War Zord," which he dubs Typhonis.
Behold The War Zord, Typhonis, Powered By The Sword of Light It is also noting that the Sword of Light itself is powered by Zordon, drawing and transferring power directly from him. One could argue that being imbued by a sword that draws from Zordon's energy might make Typhonis one of the most powerful Zords in Rangers lore. However, the one thing that is more impressive than the power level of Typhonis is the fact that it was constructed by Goldar.
Not only does Goldar take time to formulate his plan, he nearly succeeds. He built his own Megazord in secret, and gave it enough power to almost take over the rest of the planet. What thwarted his plans was the combined egos of himself and Verto. Had both managed to continue co-existing, he may have done what Rita and Zedd struggled to do time and time again: defeat the Rangers. If not, they would've made for a tougher fight in the end.
