PETALING JAYA: The health ministry has reported 823 Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours.Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the new cases bring the total number of infections in the country to 26,565.
In a press statement, Noor Hisham said there were 579 recoveries, bringing the total number of those discharged to 17,134. The bulk of these recoveries, a total of 288, came from Sabah.A total of 99 people are still being treated, with 30 requiring respiratory assistance.
