Australia providing the E-7A Wedgetail to support the Ukraine effort is a “major step forward” with its assistance to Kyiv, says United States Studies Centre Senior Fellow Stephen Loosley.
“This is a different dimension in terms of a technical step up for Australia with a hundred personnel approximately and a
Wedgetail being committed for the next six months – this is a change in our support for Ukraine,” Mr Loosely told Sky News Australia.
