“Kita lihat banyak hartanah yang tidak terjual sejak empat tahun lepas dan kini telah terjual dalam masa dua tahun ini. Beliau berkata ia menunjukkan antara impak positif hasil usaha berterusan kerajaan negeri yang sentiasa komited dalam mengatasi masalah hartanah tidak terjual. Beliau berkata ia boleh dilihat menerusi kenyataan Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim baru-baru ini yang menjangkakan Johor akan menjadi negeri termaju di Malaysia, susulan pelaksanaan beberapa projek berimpak tinggi.
