A longstanding reciprocal arrangement has enabled Singapore and Malaysia's law enforcement authorities to secure the return of many criminals who had fled to Malaysia and vice versa. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, January 19, 2020.Assistance was rendered under the Section 121 Criminal Procedure Code , a longstanding reciprocal arrangement between Singapore and Malaysia to mutually recognise and execute warrants of arrests within their respective jurisdictions.
