A 6-year-old boy was found dead inside a washing machine at a house in Kampung Sungai Tapah Tambahan in Ipoh, Perak yesterday (16 October).
In a statement by the Ipoh District Police, his grandmother found the deceased unconscious at around 9.30am and was then rushed to the hospital by ambulance.
The Royal Malaysia Police then received a report from the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital Ipoh regarding the death at around 11.44am.
